Download the client from the link provided in your email, once downloaded you will need to run the installer and then run the software. 


  1. The first thing you will be asked is to enter your username and password, make sure to tick the save box
  2. After login (Which may take a few minutes to initialize the client) you will be asked to create a backup profile if one does not exist
  3. Give the backup a name, this will help you identify what backup is failing if there are future complications. 
  4. Choose the files you want to backup, in many cases you will want to untick Documents and choose Advanced to select folders on the computer.
  5. To select specific folders, make sure you tick the box next to them
  6. Next, you will choose the backup time, clicking properties will allow you to set the frequency and time the backups occur. 
  7. Next, leave the encryption settings as default then press OK.
  8. This will take you to the backup applications main screen, here, you can check the account usage and backup status. 
  9. To get the most out of this system, we recommend changing some more backup settings. 
  10. Click on the setting gear located in the bottom left
  11. Make sure the correct backup profile is selected from the dropdown located top left.
  12. Choose the "In-File Delta tab", make sure the box is ticked next to Enabled and that "No. of Delta>" is set to unlimited.
  13. On the "Retention policy" Tab, set the number of days you want to keep a copy of deleted files for;
  14. Finally, on the "Options" Tab, make sure that you untick the "Follow Link" box
  15. Your backup is now configured, you can manually run the backup if needed by clicking the "Backup" button on the summary screen.
