Open the email app from the apps page;
Once open press the menu key located on the bottom left of your phone, and tap "Settings" from the menu;
Tap the "Add Account" option;
Enter your email and password, then tap the manual setup button;
Make sure that your email is correct, then enter it again in the "Domain\Username" field with a "\" in front;
Change the "Exchange server" to "mail.micloud.net.nz"
On the next page, match these settings, then tap next;
Give the account a name, and tap done;
