Feature codes - Cisco and Yealink devices

The following codes can be used to activate and deactivate various features on your phone:

Call forward activate: *72

Call forward deactivate: *73

Call forward no answer activate: *92

Call forward no answer deactivate: *93

Call waiting activate: *56

Call waiting deactivate: *57

Do not disturb activate: *78

Do not disturb deactivate: *79

Intercom: *0ext (EG: *02001)

Use the following codes to access MiTalk features

Access your voice mailbox: *97 (pin number is phone extension number)

Access another voice mailbox: *98. You will then be prompted to enter the voice mailbox number.

Change voicemail settings: *97 to access your mailbox, then press 5 at the menu.

Login to extension: *11. You will then be prompted to enter the extension number and extension password. Note that you should log out of the extension first.

Logout of extension: *12

Group pickup: *8 (if enabled)

OLD* Blind transfer: ##. You will then be prompted to enter an extension number. Enter the number and then press #. The call will be immediately transferred.

OLD* Attended transfer: #0. You will then be prompted to enter an extension number. Enter the number and then press #. Once the other person answers you can hand the call over to them and then hang up.

OLD* Attended transfer disconnect: *0. If the other person doesn't answer you can dial this to get the call back and speak to the original caller.
